What type of fabric do you use?

Cushion Pros offers 850+ superior fabrics by Sunbrella, Outdua, Culp, Morbern Marine, Charleston Richloom, American Weave, Geobella, and Sunbelievable; Cushion Pros can also create your custom cushions and custom pillows with Customer Owned Fabric. 

How and when will my order be shipped?

Your custom cushion or custom pillow order will be shipped and neatly wrapped in reinforced resin plastic. Orders will be shipped within your quoted time frame once you have completed the ordering process on our website. We do offer Expedited Production; this will guarantee shipping within 14 business days. Please contact us for this offer.

How do I clean my cushions?

How do I measure for my new custom cushions?

We recommend using a Sewing Tape Measure, also known as a Tailor’s Tape. Using the Tailors Tape, measure inside seam to inside seam, or measure the furniture type your new cushion will go on. Please include the depth, width, and thickness you would like when placing your order. 

I just placed my order but I need to make a change. What should I do?

We will hold order for 48 hours to allow cancellations at no charge or changes to be made. After 48 hours the customer will be held liable for the cost.

How do I buy custom cushions using my own fabric?

Select the Customer Own Fabric option within the Cushion Designer.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, Cushion Pros can make one cushion or thousands of cushions. Please call and we will be glad to give you a quote.

How thick do I make my custom cushions?

This is a personal preference. We have found that three to four inches thick is the most popular choice.

How much fabric will I need with Customer Owned Fabric?

Select the Customer Own Fabric option in the ordering process. Your specific fabric yardage recommendation will appear in the shopping cart at checkout.
